    POSTURE EXERCISE

    With a flat back, tight core, and good hip mobility, this is a good demonstration of  a solid core exercise with the kettle bell. You get good at squatting by learning and feeling the position of the bottom of the squat.

    Kettle bell farmer's walk with bands does not only  strengthen the core and your spine. The bands also create more instability, hence, forcing you to engage more core stabilizing muscle.

    The kettle bell dead lift - Jay is demonstrating the beginning position of a kettle bell dead lift. Depending on the individual, it is an excellent exercise when performed at the correct height. Jay is demonstrating a flat back, neutral spine, hip, glute, hamstring are all engaged for a proper lift
